Rasy R An holds an MBA degree and he is the Owner and Broker of Pailin Realty. He brings a diverse background to the world of real estate. Before entering the industry, he worked 3 years in Fleet Bank as a Customer Service Representative, 4 years in Coalition for Better Acre as a Director in the Home Preservation Center, and 3 years in Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association as an Executive Director.

As part of his marketing and outreach role in those positions, he found himself spending more time in the Southeast Asian Community where he quickly became a trusted and respected leader and resource for residents needing help navigating the complex American systems of health, finances, government, and education. He has volunteered to serve on many different non-profit organizations as a board of directors because of his community involvement.  His last few board of directors positions were with the Greater Lowell Workforce Board, Greater Lowell Health Alliance, and Lowell Plan.
