Rev. Robyn Monique Mars

Rev. Robyn Monique Mars serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of Massachusetts Baptist Multicultural Ministries (MBMM). She is also Pastor of First Baptist Church in Framingham and Communications Coordinator for The American Baptist Churches of Massachusetts (TABCOM).With extensive experience in administration, leadership, and community service, she has held positions at Massachusetts General Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital. She also serves as Executive Administrator and Board Member of Community Tech Care Corporation, promoting access to technology education.

Rev. Mars has actively supported Baptist ministries and community organizations, including Hagar’s Sisters and A Place to Turn. Her educational journey includes studies at Northeastern University, Cambridge College, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and TABCOM School of Ministry. Passionate about inclusion, cross-cultural relationships, and community empowerment, she is committed to MBMM’s mission of weaving God’s love across cultures. A native of Malden, Massachusetts, she is a proud mother of two daughters and grandmother of four.
